Ameren Missouri Thanksgiving Day Parade

2014 Thanksgiving Day Parade Postponed

More information on a rescheduled date will be released as soon as possible.  See statement from the Christmas in St. Louis Foundation on the home page.

Celebrating its 30th year, the 2014 Ameren Missouri Thanksgiving Day Parade will step off at 8:45 a.m. on Thursday, November 27 from 7th Street and Market Street in Downtown St. Louis.  The parade will be broadcast live on KMOV-TV Channel 4's "Great Day St. Louis."

We expect over 130 parade units, such as musical floats and displays, giant helium balloon figures, animal units and marching bands from around the St. Louis region. As always, Santa Claus will be present to wish everyone a Merry Christmas at the end of the parade.

Our Honorary Grand Marshal this year is Tom Voss, Retired Chairman, President and CEO, Ameren Corporation. For many years, with the leadership of Tom Voss, Ameren has been the anchor sponsor of the Thanksgiving Day Parade. Without the generous support of Ameren Missouri, one of America's best holiday parades would not be able to march down Market street.

As a Christmas in St. Louis partner, the St. Louis Convention & Visitors Commission will once again participate in this year's parade.  The annual Ameren Missouri Thanksgiving Day Parade is hosted by Christmas in St. Louis along with presenting sponsor Ameren Missouri and the City of St. Louis.
